ITINERARY
Begin your adventure early in the morning with a comfortable journey aboard the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) from Dar es Salaam to Morogoro. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional Oltau Safaris guide and transferred to a customized 4×4 Safari Land Cruiser specially designed for wildlife viewing.
Continue your journey to Mikumi National Park, one of Tanzania’s most accessible and rewarding safari destinations. Upon entering the park, embark on an exciting game drive through the famous Mkata Floodplain, where you will have the opportunity to spot elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, wildebeests, antelopes, hippos, crocodiles, and, if lucky, lions and leopards.
Enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in a designated area within the park while surrounded by the beauty of Tanzania’s wilderness. After lunch, continue exploring different sections of the park and observing wildlife in their natural habitat.
